Reuters: Two separate convoys of military equipment moving toward Donetsk

A Reuters eyewitnesses reporting that:

• two separate convoys of military equipment have been seen moving towards Donetsk in Eastern Ukraine from the directionn of the Russian frontier
• One convoys includes nine tanks and another military vehicle with no identifiable insignia

Meanwhile Pres. Biden is saying that there could be more sanctions as early as today.
