ECB’s Lane: Inflation will remain higher than expected for longer than originally thought

• ECB revising its assessment of duration of inflation
• Expects inflation to ease in course of year, but uncertain how fast and how far

The ECB has been saying this for awhile and they continue to hint that inflation will persist.
